4. Service & Cancellation Policy

• Service Delivery: We provide private transfer services as described on our website. Our driver will meet you at the specified pickup location and time. We monitor flight arrivals to adjust pickup times accordingly for airport transfers.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. To cancel, please contact us directly via email or phone. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
• Waiting Time: For airport pickups, we offer a complimentary waiting period of 45 minutes after your flight has landed. For other pickups, a 15-minute grace period is provided. If you anticipate a longer delay, please contact us to make arrangements.

5. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
