Booking and Payment

How do I book a transfer?
You can book your transfer easily through our online booking form on the homepage. Just enter your pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, and other details, and follow the steps to confirm your booking.
When should I book my transfer?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings, so feel free to check with us.
Are the prices fixed?
Yes, all our prices are fixed and all-inclusive. The price you see when you book is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees for luggage or waiting times.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments via credit/debit card through our secure payment provider, EuPlatesc.ro. You can pay for your ride when you complete the booking process.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking. We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. For cancellations made within 24 hours, please refer to our terms and conditions or contact us directly.

At the Airport

Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall of Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP), holding a sign with your name on it. This makes it easy to locate them right after you exit the baggage claim area.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we will automatically adjust your pickup time accordingly. You don't need to worry about informing us of the delay; we'll be there when you arrive, at no extra charge.
How long will the driver wait for me?
We offer a complimentary waiting period of up to 45 minutes after your flight has landed. This gives you plenty of time to go through immigration and collect your luggage. If you need more time, please contact us as soon as possible.

Is this a private or shared transfer?
All our transfers are private, meaning the vehicle is exclusively for you and your group. We do not offer shared shuttle services.
What kind of vehicles do you have?
Our fleet includes a variety of modern, clean, and comfortable vehicles, from standard sedans to premium models and larger minivans for groups. You can choose between 'Standard' and 'Premium' service levels when booking.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we can provide child seats or booster seats upon request. Please specify your requirements in the booking form so we can have them ready for you.
What is the luggage allowance?
The standard luggage allowance is typically one large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person. If you have excess luggage, such as sports equipment or extra bags, please inform us during the booking process to ensure we dispatch a suitable vehicle.
